I ordered the Uber eats special for 11.80. The burger patty itself is 9..nice charr and a meaty patty. The bread was okay but way too much mustard and couldn't taste a lick of mayo. The fries held up well and were pretty good. Im assuming if I went to the restaurant the experience would be even better. For an Uber specials, its an 8..you do get value. I would go in person.
Overview
Walking into Burger Fusion 305 for the first time, I noticed how the smell of freshly grilled beef and toasted buns instantly set the tone. Located at 2093 Coral Wy, Miami, FL 33145, United States, this diner-style spot feels like a neighborhood hangout that takes its burgers seriously. I stopped by during a weekday lunch rush, and the place stayed busy without feeling chaotic, which usually tells me locals trust the food enough to keep coming back.
The menu leans into variety without becoming overwhelming. You’ll find classic beef burgers, chicken options, plant-based patties, and creative builds that mix Latin flavors with American comfort food. One of the staff members explained how they grind their beef daily to control fat content and texture, a process many chefs recommend for juicier burgers. According to research published by the USDA, freshly ground beef retains moisture better during cooking, which aligns with the tenderness I noticed in my burger. The patty had a solid sear, a slightly pink center, and didn’t fall apart halfway through eating, which is harder to pull off than it sounds.
What stood out most was how ingredients were layered. Instead of overpowering sauces, each burger balanced toppings like caramelized onions, melted cheese, and house-made spreads. I tried a fusion-style burger that blended smoky bacon with a subtle guava glaze. It might sound unusual, but the sweetness worked with the saltiness rather than fighting it. This kind of flavor pairing is often discussed by chefs from organizations like the Culinary Institute of America, where contrast and balance are considered core principles of modern menu design.
Beyond burgers, the sides deserve attention. The fries were cut thick, fried to a crisp exterior, and seasoned lightly enough to complement rather than dominate. I’ve reviewed dozens of diners over the years, and soggy fries are usually the downfall. Here, they held up even after a few minutes on the table, suggesting proper oil temperature and timing, something professional kitchens track closely. The National Restaurant Association notes that consistent fry quality often signals strong kitchen management, and it shows here.
Service felt relaxed but attentive. Orders came out accurately, and staff checked in without hovering. When I asked about ingredient sourcing, one server mentioned they prioritize local suppliers when possible, especially for produce. While availability can vary seasonally, that transparency builds trust. Not every item is locally sourced, and they’re upfront about that, which I appreciate more than vague claims.
Reviews from other diners often mention consistency, and that matched my experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down with friends, the food arrives looking and tasting like it should. Portion sizes feel fair for the price, and nothing comes across as rushed or careless. A regular seated nearby told me he stops in weekly because he knows exactly what he’s getting every time, which says a lot in a city full of dining options.
The location on Coral Way makes it easy to access, with nearby parking and a steady flow of foot traffic. It’s not flashy, and it doesn’t try to be. Instead, it focuses on solid burgers, a well-thought-out menu, and a comfortable diner vibe that fits Miami’s diverse food scene. While trends come and go, this place sticks to doing the basics right and adding just enough creativity to keep things interesting.

This is a great casual spot to grab a quick dinner on coral way. My family and I had a great time and we left very pleased. Liye was our server and she was always there to bring us anything we needed. This spot is great for a group of friends trying to find a great spot to grab a late night meal.
Picana Burger was good. Its more like a sandwich. Menu has it at 16.95 and I was charged 19.95. $30 + tip for a Burger fries and a Coke is a bit much
The location and outdoor seating were lovely, and the food was amazing. Our server, Liye, was friendly and engaging. Overall, it was a great experience.
Th food was 10/10. I got the daddy chancho which was perfectly cooked with so much flavor and the chicharrón was amazing with the sauces they had. Highly recommend this restaurant. Cute little spot and the service was on point.
The burgers were great and the chicharrones were life changing. The flan was also some of the best I ever had and I’m Cuban so that’s high honors. Liye was really sweet and helpful, a great waitress. The restaurant is almost like a cute sports bar with a tropical vibe. There’s TVs everywhere playing different soccer games. Loved it, will come back! Gracias Liye por tan buen servicio!
Perfectly made late night food. One of the few places in Coral Gables open until 2am! This is by no means healthy lol, but it is tasty and exactly what you are looking for in a late night eatery! We had the chicken sandwhich, the beef sandwhich, and the loaded french fries.
Everything was delicious. We ordered the picaña burger (more of a sandwich, still delicious), the salchipapa and some tequeños. Everything was very tasty. Liye provided amazing and attentive service.
